Running Strength and Conditioning Training
Burberry Fitness provides personal training programmes designed to increase your running performance by improving your muscular strength and endurance.
Taking up running or undertaking a challenge such as a marathon can be a daunting process. I will work closely with you to develop training plans bespoke to your ability, timeline and goals. All plans include nutritional guidance, including race prep and fuelling strategies to ensure you preform at your best.
I offer this service for all abilities and fitness levels in and around Edinburgh. Either in the comfort of your own home, garden or in a public outdoor space. All equipment will be provided.
Recommended programme length will depend on personal fitness goals.
Running Strength and Conditioning Training Prices:
4 x hour sessions to be used within 4 weeks:
£240
12 x hour sessions to be used within 3 months:
£600 (Can be paid in 3 instalments)
24 x hour sessions to be used within 6 months:
£984 (Can be paid in 6 instalments)
What is included in my prices:
Free 60 minute in person consultation and training area assessment
1-2-1 sessions either in your home, garden or an outdoor public space
Individual periodisation plan to structure required peak performance
Free fitness tracking app access
Video analysis (if applicable)
Enhanced nutrition guidance including event fuelling strategies.
