Skiing Strength and Conditioning Training
Burberry Fitness provides personal training programmes designed to increase your skiing or snow boarding performance by improving your muscular strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. I am a keen skier and have always undertaken a pre holiday training routine. This programme will make your own ski holiday more enjoyable by preparing your body properly and reducing injury risks.
Skiing for many is an annual treat but can also be a shock to the body. You use muscles that have been dormant for much of the year and you often suffer from early lactic acid build up or cramps causing pain and chance of further injury. Prepare your body properly and ski with better control and longevity.
I will work closely with you to develop training plans bespoke to your ability, timeline and goals. All plans include general fitness improvements and nutritional guidance to have you in peak condition.
I offer this service for all abilities and fitness levels in and around Edinburgh. Either in the comfort of your own home, garden or in a public outdoor space. All equipment will be provided.
Recommended programme length will depend on personal fitness goals.
Skiing Strength and Conditioning Training Prices:
4 x hour sessions to be used within 4 weeks:
£240
12 x hour sessions to be used within 3 months:
£600 (Can be paid in 3 instalments)
24 x hour sessions to be used within 6 months:
£984 (Can be paid in 6 instalments)

Free 60 minute in person consultation and training area assessment
1-2-1 sessions either in your home, garden or an outdoor public space
Individual periodisation plan to structure required peak performance
