I pride myself not only on results but on education. I will guide you through every step of the way, from setting up your calorie goals, a choice of training plans (both home and gym based) and daily accountability.
I will provide you with the nutrition and training plans needed to achieve phenomenal results all accessible on your own personal profile on my training app. You will be able to track and monitor your progress all in one location with daily and weekly checkins to bring accountability to your routine. I will use this date to monitor your progress, provide your weekly feedback and coaching and to amend training and nutrition plans to ensure steady progress.

Upon enquiring, I will organise an initial call to start building a relationship, explain the process and answer any questions. You will then have your profile created on the training app and you will receive an in-depth questionnaire so that I can learn more about you. Following this I will schedule a video call to discuss your current fitness level, goals, diet and training resources. At this point your personalised training and nutrition plan will be created and your journey will begin.
